Booking Terms and Conditions

Client Booking Agreement | These terms and conditions come into effect once a booking has been confirmed and an invoice has been issued via email to the client. 

Thank you for your interest in booking services with NuKnow Ltd. By booking any of our advertised services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. 
This agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between your company and Nu Know Ltd regarding the booking and delivery of our services, listed in this booklet/document as agreed upon between both parties. 

By submitting a booking request, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions. 

Services 

• NuKnow Ltd agrees to provide the agreed-upon services to your company at the specified date(s), time(s), and location(s). Agreed-upon services refer to the services listed in the booking confirmation email, that you will receive after payment for services has been made (if payment is required). 
• Workshops will be conducted professionally and will cover topics described in our product booklets.
• Specialist Delivery Time Packages last for 12 months. Any unused hours within these 12 months are non-refundable. Clients can increase their package amount at any time and should get in contact with Nu Know Ltd to request and pay for this. Service users (parents) can cancel a booked session any time before the session is due to take place, however in cases where the cancellation is made less than 3 days in advance, and in cases of ‘no show’, the time allocated to the session will be deducted from the clients specialist delivery time package.

Payment

• Full payment for all services should be made at least 30 days before the start of any service delivery. ‘Service delivery’ includes all parts described in our service booklet under the headings from booking to delivery.
• You will receive a booking confirmation email from Nu Know Ltd after payment for services has been received.
• Quotes provided by NuKnow Ltd are valid for 20 working days.
• In case of cancellation or rescheduling, Nu Know Ltd requires advance notice via email of 15 days for cancellation and 10 days for rescheduling. Rescheduled services must be rearranged to be delivered within six calendar months of the originally agreed delivery date. Full refunds will be provided for any service cancelled in line with these terms or where NuKnow Ltd is unable to deliver the services.

Liability Disclaimer

• NuKnow Ltd will conduct all services to the best of its abilities, utilising experienced facilitators and appropriate educational content. However, it is understood and agreed that NuKnow Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from workshops, sessions or any other works provided.
•  NuKnow Ltd shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons on property that may occur during or as a result of participating in any services delivered in person. Your company must provide suitable precautions and health and safety measures for all services delivered to those accessing through your organisation.
• Information and guidance shared by NuKnow Ltd is for educational purpose only. Service users (parents and staff) thereby take responsibility for any actions they take regarding matters explored by NuKnow Ltd. 

Confidentially

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during workshops or any other services being delivered. The includes but is not limited to workshops, training, review material, and any sensitive information exchanged. 
• Your company agrees to allow Nu Know Ltd to publicise its relationship with your company during and after the delivery of services for marketing purposes. Information shared about this relationship may include listing your company as a client (your company logo will only be used with written permission from a representative from your company), sharing images and video from group workshops (with permission from those featured), stating which services we have provided to your company and other details within reason, testimonials and reviews shared by staff/parents connected to your organisation. We are happy for you to promote that you have worked with us, but prior to dissemination, all public information pertaining to our services must be approved by a representative from Nu Know Ltd.  

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with law of England, UK. 

By proceeding with a booking query, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the  terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your organisation. These terms and conditions come into effect once a booking has been confirmed and an invoice has been issued via email to the client.
