What to expect

During our sessions, parents and carers are provided with up-to-date information and guidance backed by credible research. Parents have the chance to learn from and ask questions to experts:


  • in a safe and private one-to-one space 
  • in supportive group sessions 
  • in community, school or workplace workshops.



Our sessions and workshops explore various topics, including emotional development, puberty, relationships, self-image, grooming, gangs, risky behaviour, education, mental health, online safety, and much much more.
