Your availability:

Please list at least three dates and times that you will be available for an initial telephone consultation. We will then call you at one of your listed times to gather further information and to book your session.

We operate 8am - 9pm Monday to Saturday.

Example Response: 14/11/2025 all day, 18/11/2025 10am-1pm & 30/11/2025 6pm - 8pm.

We use a community-supported pricing model so support can stay accessible to more families. You simply choose the price option that best reflects your current financial situation (see our 'plenty, steady and growing' price options below). No proof required - We trust you to choose honestly!

Plenty Price

£50 - £85

This option might feel right if:

Your basic needs (housing, food, transport, bills) are comfortably covered.
You have stable housing and reliable transport.
You may have some debt, but it doesn’t affect daily essentials.
You have savings or financial safety nets.
You can usually afford holidays, activities, or treats without major stress.
Paying the higher rate wouldn’t create financial pressure.

Steady Price

£35 - £60

This option might fit if:

Your basic needs are usually covered but you sometimes need to budget carefully.
You may have debt that influences spending choices.
Your housing is stable but not always ideal.
Transport and childcare costs can sometimes feel like a stretch.
You might have small savings or occasional financial breathing room.
Paying the higher rate would require significant budgeting.

🌼 This is the middle-ground option many families choose.

Growing Price

£20 - £40

This option may be right if:

You often worry about covering basic expenses.
Debt or financial commitments impact your ability to meet essentials.
Housing or transport may feel unstable or difficult to afford.
Savings are minimal or non-existent.
Extra expenses (activities, new items, support services) are rarely affordable.
Paying the higher rates would create financial strain.

Free / Fully Subsidised Support 🌟 - Occasionally 100% funded sessions (free for parents and carers) are made available for the general public through our community interest company Nu Know Community CIC. These free sessions are made possible through grant-funding and community partnerships.
