Adolescence (ages 10–19) is a unique and sometimes complex period of a child's development. Many parents and carers have questions about the challenges and decisions their adolescent child may face, and it’s completely okay to seek answers to your questions from specialists!
That’s why we’ve brought together a network of experienced specialists and practitioners, who are ready to answer your questions.
Simply let us know what you're curious about, tell us your avaliblity and we’ll book you a free one-to-one session with the most suitable specialist to provide answers.
All sessions are free and take place via Zoom .
Our sessions are personalised and confidential, providing parents and carers with a private sessions with a specialist.
Our sessions aim to provide parents and carers with preventative educational information and answers to YOUR questions.
Sessions are always led by a specialist or experienced practitioner. We carefully match the best specialist for your query.
There are no thresholds or restrictions to who can access this service. As a parent of a 10-19-year-old, you are eligible to receive free sessions.

During one to one sessions parents and carers have the opportunity to speak with one of Nu Know's Specialists. When you meet the specialist you have the opportunity to learn about your topic of interest and ask your questions. All of our sessions are educational and not advisory or diagnostic. Our sessions are non-judgemental and confidential.
We specialise in adolescence (10-19 years). We also support parents as their children approach adolescence ( 8 - 9 years).
In each one to one sessions you can speak to our Specialists for up to 45 minutes.
No, our sessions are intended for parents and carers only. We do not advise under 18's to be present for sessions.
Yes, of course! However due to the limited availability of our free sessions you may need to join our waitlist to access additional sessions.
Our free 1-to-1 sessions are specifically designed for parents and carers who want to learn more about any issues impacting young people today.
To really support parents and carers, we believe that it is important for support to be available before their child reaches adolescence. That's why our sessions are also open for those with children approaching adolescence. If your child is 8 or 9 years old, feel free to book a session!
