Nu Know Ltd is led by Dr. Natalie A. Russell, who specialises in intersectionality, adolescent relationship development and violence against women and girls. With a deep commitment to improving the well-being of young people and families, Natalie’s work bridges research and practice.
Natalie holds qualified teacher status (QTS) and extensive experience in several roles related to adolescence and education, including serving as a Secondary School Teacher, Local Authority Education Advisor for a Virtual School, Youth Programme Manager, Advocate for Looked-after children and various other capacities supporting youth. Natalie is also an Associate Lecturer in Psychology at a London University, where she leads a modules on Adolescent Development and Disorders (Associate Fellow/AFHEA).
Through Nu Know, Natalie brings together a network of multi-disciplinary researchers, specialists, and practitioners, all dedicated to supporting parents and adolescents. This collaborative approach ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based work to drive meaningful impact and positive change for adolescents and families.
